The show will play a world exclusive premiere of All Those Years Ago, the unreleased song by Jon and Balsamo, from which Jon Lord’s photo book takes its title, and which will be released together with the book.
On the show, Balsamo will talk about his work with Jon Lord, the upcoming photo book and the concert at Royal Albert Hall celebrating Jon next month.
The song itself is a gentle ballad with Jon on eloquent piano and Balsamo on eminent vocals, recorded in February 2010. Balsamo has confirmed that he will sing the song at Celebrating Jon Lord on April 4.

We’ve been overwhelmed with the standard of applicants for this year’s scholarships, which we are able to offer courtesy of two of our Patrons, the brilliant, awesome and all-round lovely John owen Jones and Steve Balsamo
Whittling down the applicants is never an easy job but we’re delighted to announce this year’s recipients – both guys, both on the Advanced Professional Diploma pathway, and both incredibly accomplished in their fields. The team felt that both of these amazing chaps have something extraordinary to offer the world of singing teaching, beyond the great work that they already do.

Hello all...been a while. ...x
Just letting you all know that a hectic period of recording starts in a couple of weeks ....hopefully culminating in an album for late spring release .....nothing like a good deadline to get the creative juices flowing haha ....will keep yoh posted ......right ....back to work !!!!!! X
